Ventilated facades
Ventilated facade systems are a type of building enclosing elements, designed, to allow various facade materials to be attached to the building's foundation.
Ventilated facade systems are based on the principle of natural ventilation, which is achieved through the air gap (from 4 to 8 cm) between the facade material and the thermal insulation of the building.
ETEM's ventilated facade systems allow the combination of mounting brackets , bearing profiles and finishing elements designed according to EIS (ETEM INTEGRATED SOLUTION) with the maximum stresses and sags simulated beforehand.
This is how the optimal shape of the profiles and accessories was obtained, ensuring the highest reliability of the construction.
Main advantages of ventilated facades:
- Fire resistance
- Noise insulation
- Vapor permeability
- Energy saving
- Energy efficiency
- Natural ventilation
- Quick installation and easy maintenance
- All items, are made of aluminum 100% recyclable
