UNIVERSAL STROY CONSULT LTD
The company was established in 1994 r. with the subject of activity construction of buildings, facilities and production of doors and joinery.
The company has a production base located on a total area of 10 000 m2, like 3 600 m2 are covered production buildings and administration.
A system has been implemented for a complete department of timber.
The following are distinguished
production lines:
- Wooden windows;
- Aluminum joinery;
- Combined joinery /wood with aluminum/;
- Elements for glued wooden
designs.
The joinery production line is automated and has a capacity of up to 1000 m2 per month.
Since its inception, our manufacturing enterprise has been continuously developing, optimize and expand. Main springs, which are invested in are labor automation and staff training.
The company has successfully implemented projects in Bulgaria, countries of the European Union, Africa and Russia.
Our quality
The quality of our product is its best – an important feature. Innovative technologies are used in its production and only the most – quality materials.
The wooden profile, we produce using modern technology for triple-glued wood, as for the selection of the wooden material we use only the – the good wood. We have developed an internal categorization and selection system.
The windows are fitted with hardware from leading manufacturers from Italy and Denmark:
- AGB Alban Giacomo Spa
- Primo Holding A/S
For finishing coatings we use products from:
- Sherwin-Williams
- Akzo Nobel
Our drive to improve constantly pushes us to invest in our production. We use machines from Germany, Italy and Austria, only to leading manufacturers in this industry.
We carry out constant control over production, according to an established international quality control system. We have invested in the training of our work team of European specialists. The totality of these investments is for the sole purpose of providing the most – the highest possible quality.
